Highland Charge 2014 was completed on Sunday 27th April 2014 and we are now working hard to flesh out the blog - that contains so many memories. Although home is Berkshire, we've spent a lot of time in Scotland going back my decades. Jean, of course, hails for Ayrshire and it is there had we married and set up home. Some years later, we spend some years in the NE savouring the pleasure of the Highlands and enduring the cold wet winds off the North Sea. Even after Jean and I came south our 3 children stayed to complete their secondary education in Scotland. We travelled to and from the Moray coast 6-8 per year!
